A landscape design competition for a park we named Amrit Anand bagh, expressed principles of spirituality (Amrit) with celebration (Anand). The site is an erstwhile dump on the outskirts of Amritsar. The spaces are designed and detailed cognizant of the site being a no construction zone. The spirit of kaar seva (community service) was showcased through productive gardens. Haats, open air theatre and other spaces bring forth the recreational perspective in the park.
