An exercise in placemaking, this design highlights the outdoor experience in dining and shopping through an urban insert in a populated precinct of Ghaziabad . Inspired by the courtyards of havelis (historic urban dwellings), the open-air restaurant terrace is a contemporary twist to the chequered patterns of yore.

Water cascades and green walls are innovatively used to expand a limited peripheral space. Their rich texture adds a distinct appeal to the experience and contributes to an increased footfall.
